1a. Download our free mailing kit - Our complete mailing kit is available right here online. Simply download the Inventory form, complete and include it in your mailing. Be sure to list all of your contact information (name, address, phone and email address) and inventory all items to be sent for evaluation. Read and sign the ownership statement on our inventory form. Make sure to keep a copy for yourself.

1b. Mail your materials - Pack everything with the completed form and attach the downloadable USPS postage paid label. Drop the package in any US mailbox for delivery to our offices. When packing, we suggest small ziplock bags inserted in a small cardboard box. Strong tape is highly recommended to properly seal your shipment.
2. If you are experiencing difficulty downloading and printing the forms from your computer, create your own inventory form on any piece of paper. Be sure to include your name, address, city , state, and zip code. Payment will be made via check. Tape as securely as possible and use any mail carrier of your choice (United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc)

3. All payments will be made by check within 24 hours of your acknowledgment and acceptance of our offer. Within 24 hours of reciept of your merchandise at our facility, we will notify you by email or phone with our offer price. Upon your return acknowledgement and acceptance of our offer price, payment will be mailed within 24 hours.
